Coffee Cleanup

Put simply, it exploded in my face. The Safety valve did not work and as I was reaching for it. The top of it flew into my cealing, and left coffee grounds everywhere in my kitchen and took about an hour to clean up. I will look at returning this as I can not trust it any longer.
